Each month Salute offers a feature menu focused on a season, region or inspiration. This month we celebrate the Flavor of New England which is inspired by our executive chef, Nicolas St. Martin.  Born and raised in Wareham, MA, his true passion is in the kitchen.  His 19 years of experience include the renowned Hemenway’s in Providence, RI.  These dishes are rich in flavor and nostalgia!  We hope you enjoy the flavors of New England!

MATANZAS CREEK CHARDONNAY, CALI $25
Lily flowers, apricot skin, candied pineapple, bees wax, orange blossom treat the nose, pear, pineapple, burnt sugar, peach skin bringing the right acidity with a smooth finish

LOCATIONS F, RED BLEND, FRANCE $37
Grenache, Syrah, and assorted Bordeaux varietals with a dominant nose of raspberry, rhubarb, wild strawberry, savory aromas of tobacco, touch of savoriness, balanced and light tanins

Pomegranate, white tea, raspberry on the nose, following with tempting dried fig, white truffle, ripe cherry on the tongue, leaving a mouth feel of savory rooibos tea
