Each month our feature menu focuses on a
season, region or inspiration.  This month we are inspired with new entrees & menu items.  We are taking an opportunity to present our guests with new options that we are considering for our 2019-2020 standard menu.
Over the years we have truly valued the opinions of our guests and we encourage you to share your thoughts with us!

goat cheese, pomegranate vinaigrette

TABBOULEH PANZANELLA SALAD $12
quinoa, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, arugula
lemoncello mustard vinaigrette, tomato croutons

ROMESCO ROASTED SHRIMP $25
arugula pistachio pesto, shaved parm,
sundried tomato, prosciutto, angel hair pasta

STATLER CHICKEN BREAST $21
white wine roasted garlic jus,
sauteed arugula, thyme honey roasted potatoes,
chili chive butter

SALMON ‘SUCCOTASH’ $24
seared salmon, roasted garlic white bean puree,
sautéed asparagus, bacon, fire roasted corn,
onions, jalapeno, blood orange persillade

SHORT RIB $26
creamed corn polenta, red wine demi,
sautéed broccolini, potato and leek crisps
