Each month our feature menu celebrates a season, region or inspiration.  This month, in the spirit of Valentines Day, we celebrate French cuisine & wine.  French is a true “language of love”.

Louis Roederer Brut Premier Champagne,  $72
Brut Premier characterizes the timeless Louis Roederer style.  It is a structured wine with a lively attack and a smooth palate.
 
Trimbach Pinot Blanc 2016,  $36
A wine for pure pleasure! Maturing early, it is dry, 
well-balanced, supple and refreshing.
 
Moulin De Gassac “Picpoul de Pinet” 2017,  $32
Fresh, crisp with a hint of yellow flowers. Very fresh with great balance. A fairly full wine, fleshy yet fresh, ends deliciously with long acidity.
 
Ogier Heritages Chateauneuf-du-Pape 2014,  $57
Medium ruby color; chalky red fruit aroma, quite fine, medium bodied, firmly textured, sweet tannins wrap around the palate; dry, medium acidity, well balanced; ripe red and black fruit flavors.
 
Domaines Barons de Rothschild Legende Pauillac 2015,  $64
Deep crimson in color, this wine offers complex aromas of vanilla, cocoa, blackberry and spice. On the palate, it is full-bodied with fresh menthol and spice notes. Tannins are present but silky.
 
Chateau Prieure-Lichine 2015,  $82
Some very ripe dark-plum aromas with a wealth of sweet spices and earthy notes. The palate has an impressively rich, suave and smooth core of black fruit with a powerful palate that delivers concentrated and intense structure. This is superb Margaux.
 
Chateau Brane-Cantenac 2014,  $140
Rich, fruity and with great potential, this ripe wine is also dense with firm tannins. Its juicy fruits are a part of a package with the concentrated tannins and smoky wood flavors that allow for long aging.
