Picture yourself at a café table gazing into the blue colors of the Mediterranean Sea. Now wake up!  You are at Salute!  Each month we offer a feature menu based on a season, region or inspiration.  This years Mediterranean menu is inspired by Morocco, Italy, Greece, and Spain.  These countries all border the Mediterranean Sea, and are a strong influence on the collective cuisine.

LEMON CHICKEN SOUP $7

unique vermouth, aged for ten years, served on the rocks with an orange wedge, it is infused with wild aromatic plants and herbs
